Account data (email address, preferences, predictions, membership) is stored by Supabase Inc., our database and authentication provider. Every provider that processes personal data is listed in the privacy policy.
3. Nature of the service
getSmartBet publishes football predictions: probabilities computed by a statistical model from public data, set against market odds and the community vote.
getSmartBet is not a gambling operator. The site offers no bets, takes no stakes and pays out no winnings. The odds shown are market averages given for information only; they are not an offer to bet.
4. Intellectual property
The site's structure, texts, logo, visual identity, model and the predictions it produces are the property of the publisher. Any reproduction, extraction or redistribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited (Articles L122-4 and L342-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Club and competition names, crests and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. Where they come from, and where the data comes from, is set out on the Credits page.
Sharing a link to a page, with its preview, is of course free.
5. Liability
The publisher strives to publish accurate, up-to-date information but cannot guarantee it: results, standings and line-ups come from third-party sources and may contain errors or delays. Data is published once a day; the site shows no live scores.
