Cookie policy

getSmartBet only uses cookies and browser storage it needs to work. No advertising, social media or tracking cookies are set, which is why the site does not ask for your consent.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that a website you visit stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage play a similar role and follow the same rules. All of them are called “trackers” here.
2. Trackers in use

During payment, Stripe may also set trackers on its own domains that are needed to secure the transaction; they are described in its cookie policy.
3. Audience measurement
Site traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and reads nothing from your browser. Visits are counted in aggregate; the technical identifier used to tell two visitors apart is computed on the server and reset every day. Details are in the privacy policy.
4. Managing trackers
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work, but without the session cookie you cannot stay signed in, and without Stripe's trackers a payment may be declined.
Should a tracker requiring consent ever be added, it would only be set after you agree, through a banner, and this page would be updated.
